🚫 Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• One-of-a-kind items (including most necklaces and shell incense holders)
• Custom or personalized orders
• Limited-edition pieces

✅ Eligible Returns

We accept returns on a small selection of non-custom, standard items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items
