We carefully package and ship each order to ensure your handmade treasures arrive safely.


Processing Time

  • Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.
  • Custom or one-of-a-kind items may take longer to prepare. Any extended processing times will be noted in the product description.


Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • All orders include tracking information once shipped.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority shipping: 2–3 business days
    Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to replace or refund your order.
  • Once an order has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages. For lost packages, please contact the carrier directly.
